Valerie Harris PT, DPT, OCS, RCST, LSVT BIG Certified Clinician

Each patient is unique and as such, Dr. Harris evaluates the entire individual and looks for the primary driver and compensations that may be the cause or result of the patient’s pain and/or dysfunction. Changing faulty movement patterns and postural habits are not only the goals to treat the imminent problem but to also prevent episodes of pain and dysfunction that may occur in the future. Dr. Duane Grell received his Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University, and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College, in New York City. Duane’s treatment approach is centered around driver assessment and movement analysis, addressing any underlying movement dysfunctions or arthrokinematic issues that may be causing the musculoskeletal dysfunction. Elizabeth D’Annunzio Shah is a board certified orthopedic specialist who honed her skills in a bustling outpatient practice specializing in both orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation. She works with patients of all ages and abilities including recreational athletes, professional dancers and performing artists. She has a special interest in vestibular and balance disorders. Scott Teagarden, PT, SSPT

Scott is passionate about physical therapy and is continually inspired by the adaptive and restorative capacity of the body. He employs a dynamic, innovative and tailored approach in finding the root cause of dysfunction. Scott is a Schroth Certified Scoliosis physical therapist and has advanced training in spinal and extremity care. Stavros looks at the body as a whole and breaks down movements into their fundamental components. Assessing the bio-mechanics of the areas of interest allows him to see how those limitations impact the patient and how to help them move more optimally. Daniela approaches her patient's care through biomechanical and functional movement assessments to determine the root cause of her patient's symptoms and inform her patient's care.  Daniela employs functional movement assessment to focus on impairments specific to each individual.
