We recognize that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world, this is an unprecedented time for everyone. We are all in this together and our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one.
During this crisis, the health and safety of our employees and patient community is our first and foremost concern. Considering the most recent announcements from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we have made the informed decision to close our physical office and allow employees who can perform their jobs remotely, to work from home through at least April 6, 2020.
So we can continue to deliver the highest quality of support and care to our patients during this critical time, we are implementing a TeleHealth program so we can continue to work one-on-one with our patients on a weekly basis. While these visits are not a replacement for the level of hands on treatment that you have come to expect from Thrive, they are the best way to assure that you continue to receive professional guidance and treatment that is needed to advance your care.
We know this is an uncertain time and finances are a concern for all. At this time, the Thrive team is working hard to research the latest developments in patient billing for TeleHealth services. The government has been moving to eliminate hurdles for healthcare providers to be able to continue providing care remotely, and we want to assure that we have as much information as possible to continue to bring affordable care to our patients. By next week, we should have enough information in place to launch this program and will be reaching out to interested parties individually. For more information please email email@example.com.
Also to note, both our PT staff and reception and billing staff are working from home to answer any questions that might arise. Feel free to email them directly or use the address listed above.
Together we will get through this.
