Stavros has also completed his Fellowship certification (FAAOMPT), which is the highest orthopedic clinical achievement, through NAIOMT.

Stavros has been involved in the world of health and fitness for almost 20 years. He has spent years helping individuals achieve their individual fitness goals as a personal trainer, taught martial arts to people of all ages, and now helps patients work through their ailments as a physical therapist.
Stavros looks at the body as a whole and breaks down movements into their fundamental components.
Assessing the bio-mechanics of the areas of interest, allows him to see how those limitations impact the patient and, furthermore, how to help them move more optimally. There is no one-size-fits-all treatment with Stavros.
