Lauren Tadros is a board certified Women’s Health clinical specialist with experience treating both women and men with pelvic pain and incontinence. She is also a certified pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist and has a passion for helping both new and experienced mothers stay healthy during pregnancy and navigate the postpartum period.
Before coming to Thrive, Lauren worked for NYU Langone Rusk Institute as a supervisor of outpatient therapy. It was here that she developed her manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills while seeing patients with orthopedic, post-op, cancer, pelvic floor and prenatal and postpartum conditions. She also has a clinical interest in Pilates for rehabilitation and will often incorporate both mat and apparatus exercises into each session. Her treatment philosophy takes into account the entire individual, not just their symptoms, in order for each patient to reach their individual goals.
When not working, Lauren spends the majority of her time with her husband and two children exploring everything that NYC has to offer.
